Winter break!!

a much needed break indeed. The last week was pretty brutal but in the end I'm generally happy with my final projects. Anyway here's all three of those animation exercises we did.

Simple Character Jump

It's the second version because we had a few hours to make small revisions after the final submission.

Simple Poly Character

Here's my simple polygon character that we had to design, model, and rig. We will be using this to animate a jump, walk, and turn around. I'm actually just finishing up the jump and will probably be posting that soon.

Bah! lip sync fail

pretty happy with how the motion turned out but the lip sync....yikes, don't look!. Probably underestimated the time it takes to get those lip shapes looking good.

2d animation!

Well, I'm starting my first lip sync in traditional animation class and I must say I'm happy with my progress. I kind of struggled with traditional last year and the beginning of this year so I'm really trying to end on a good note.
Here is a still of it so far.

Primitive Theater

As a whole I feel I could of done more with this project but I'm happy with a few smaller aspects of it. IE: The pencil cup secondary action, haha.
